SMITH & LYALL
The Chemical Brothers’ legendary live shows are the creation of the show directors Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall. Smith and Lyall are famed for their avant-garde approach, creating immersive experiences that blend powerful images with potent music. By arresting graphics and dynamic stage design, their work enhances the duo’s electric sound and makes concerts into multi-sensory events. Smith and Lyall are among the primary contributors to the iconic live shows of The Chemical Brothers, and as a result, they continue to set the standard for live performance and raise the bar in the electronic music industry.
FAQS

What kind of show is this?
A fifteen-minute audiovisual event, “Music: Response” takes place in THE CUBE, a cube with six LED screens. The Chemical Brothers’ show designers, Smith & Lyall, created the video art.
When does the experience end?
Thirty minutes or so from arrival, including the themed walk to THE CUBE, the fourteen-minute multimedia presentation, and departure.
Will everyone find it appropriate?
No, “Music: Response” is not advised for people under 16 or for those with heart problems, epilepsy, claustrophobia, vertigo, low vision, or extreme sensitivity because it takes place in an enclosed area at night.
